CHARLES A. McSOUD was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2000, and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He received his B.A. from Westminster College in 1993 and his M.A. from the University of Tulsa in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, College of Law in 1999. He earned the First Place Award in the Board of Advocates Client Counseling Competition, Member of Board of Advocates. He is a member of the Tulsa County and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. McSoud is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts within the State of Oklahoma and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. McSoud’s areas of practice include insurance defense, nursing home litigation, employment discrimination law, civil rights, premises liability and business torts.
