Mr. Pinkerton received his under-graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1964, and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1975. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, all Oklahoma Federal district courts, Oklahoma District Courts, the Cherokee Nation and the Osage Nation. Mr. Pinkerton has extensive insurance defense experience as General Counsel for Mid-Continent Casualty Co., and 20 years of insurance defense litigation in private practice. He has successfully defended cases dealing with Dram Shop liability, products liability, motor vehicle and truck liability, suretyship, construction, and workers compensation. Mr. Pinkerton is a Vietnam veteran having flown 123 missions as a F-4 Fighter Pilot.
